摘要
目的:探索提高何首乌扦插成活率的方法。方法:以何首乌枝条为材料,在田间条件下,采用L9(34)正交设计,研究了扦插密度、枝条木质化程度、枝条节数及萘乙酸浓度对枝条扦插成活及扦插苗生长的影响。结果:株距1cm和2cm条件下,扦插苗在根数、根长、新生枝条数及新生叶片数分别为3.68条、28.52mm、1.24条、6.63片和3.11条、22.62mm、1.36条、7.04片,均显著优于株距5cm的密度水平,成活率三者无显著性差异;褐色老枝和黄色枝条扦插成活率显著高于绿色嫩枝;三节枝条成活率、根数、根长分别为57.41%、4.09条、26.96mm,明显优于两节和一节枝条;萘乙酸浓度以40mg/L的浓度水平下生根及生长最好。结论:何首乌用枝条进行扦插繁殖时,可选择株距1cm,三节的褐色老枝或三节黄色枝条,用40mg/L的萘乙酸浸枝条下部的条件下进行,可提高扦插成苗率。
Objective: To explore the method of improving the survival rate of cuttage of Polygonum multiflorum. Methods: The effect of density, lignification degree, knot number and rootone concentration on survival rate of cuttage and cuttage seedling growth was studied under field conditions, using L9(34) orthogonal design. Results: The spacing under the conditions between lcm and 2cm, the cuttings root number, root length, number of new branches and new leaf number were 3.68pieces, 28.52mm, 1.24 pieces, 6.63 pieces and 3.11 pieces, 22.62mm, 1.36 pieces, 7.04 pieces, which were better than plant spacing 5cm level of density, there was no obvious difference among the three in survival rate; brown and yellow old branches in survival rate were significantly higher than that of green shoots; branches of three knot in survival rate, root number and root length were 57.41%, 4.09 pieces, 26.96mm, significantly better than branches of two or one knots; rootone concentration at 40mg/L concentration was the best on roofing and growth. Conclusion: The cottage of Polygonum multiflorum could choose spacing of lcm, three knot branches, yellow or brown old branches, with 40mg/L rootone diping, which could improve the cuttage seedling rate.
