外源性新城疫和禽流感抗体在SPF鸡体内的动态消长规律

摘要 选取2月龄SPF鸡100只,随机分组,分别设接种(肌注和口服)、攻毒保护和对照(正常和发病)组。检测SPF鸡接种不同接种途径、时间等血清中新城疫(Newcastle disease virus,NDV)和禽流感(Avian influenza virus,AIV)不同亚型(H5、H9N2)抗体滴度的变化,进而探讨不同抗体在体内的消长规律。结果表明:肌肉注射组的ND、H5(RE-4和RE-6)和H9N2抗体在注射后14d内,每天的抗体水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且注射后抗体滴度在24h内达到峰值,高水平抗体至少可维持5d。口服抗体效果较差。动物攻毒试验表明,抗体对NDV具有较好的保护效果。 This paper is to study the dynamic serum Newcastle disease virus (NDV) and different subtypes titers after injection egg of avian influenza virus yolk antibody against (AIV) in the SPF chicken by muscle injection and oral administration so as to provide theoretical basis for treatment of specific antibody in clinic treatment. Firstly, one hundred two-month-old SPF chickens were selected, which were divided into three groups randomly. Secondly, the test groups were injected in the leg muscle and oral containing purified antibody against virus of ND and avian influenza subtypes (Hs,HgN2) , while the control group was injected with Sodium chloride by the same dose. Then, the dynamic serum titers were determined by HI test. The results indicate that ND, H5 (RE-4 and RE-6) and Hg-Ab titers were significantly higher than those of the control (P〈0.O1) in 14 days and the blood drug concentration arrived peak in 48 hours after injection, which could last at least 5 day. There was no significant difference in antibody injected by oral comparing with the control group. Further more, antibody displayed terrific protection against NDV virus in the animal challenge experiment.
