古代针具研究现状国内文献计量学分析

Analysis of Domestic Literature on Ancient Needle Tools of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Bibliometrics

目的:从文献计量学的角度分析近30年国内古代针灸用具的研究现状。方法:在既定数据库中检索国内所有与古代针具研究有关的现代文献,运用文献计量学的研究方法对所得文献作定量分析。结果:共检索出170篇有效文献,文献呈现出数量随时间推移显著增多,文献类型以理论探讨居多,文献内容以实物研究为主的特点。结论:古代针具的研究虽取得一定成果,而加强古代针具临床运用,综合多学科研究手段深入挖掘和科学阐释古代针具的发明创造和防病祛病作用机理是今后研究的方向。

Objective ： To analyze the status of domestic study on ancient needle tools of traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） based on bibliometrics for recent three decades. Methods ： A method of bibliometrics was used to metrologically analyze all domestic modern literature on ancient needle tools of traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） searched from certain datebases. Results ： 170 papers matched the inclusion criteria.The number of the papers increased gradually as time going on. Majority of these papers pertain to theoretical research and focus on ancient needle entity. Conclusion ： Although studies on needle tools of ancient China have achieved significant progress, enlarging ancient needles＇ clinical application, further investigating and scientifically illuminating their invention value and the mechanism of their effect on prevention and treatment of disease by integrating study methods of multi subjects are still worthy of further investigation in future.
