胃萎Ⅱ号颗粒治疗肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Research about Weiwei Ⅱ Particles in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis of Incoordination Between Liver and Stomach

目的:观察胃萎Ⅱ号颗粒对肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床症状、胃镜下黏膜及病理组织学积分的改善情况。方法:将98例符合纳入标准的患者,按随机、双盲双模拟、平行对照的多中心法分为试验组46例和对照组52例进行临床观察。结果:胃萎Ⅱ号颗粒组主症积分从第5次访视、次症积分从第4次访视开始发生变化,药物效果开始凸显,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);试验组和对照组治疗前后胃镜分级、病理分级积分均有明显下降,但两组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胃萎Ⅱ号颗粒对肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者显示出确切的临床疗效,尤其是在症状学改善方面具有明显优势。

Objective ： To observe the effect of Weiwei II particles on clinical symptoms, stomach mucosa under gastroscope athological histology and the improvement of the integral of incoordination between liver and stomach syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 98 patients were included in the standard. According to the randomized, double-blind, double simulation, parallel-group, multicenter method,46 cases were into test group and control group 52 cases for clinical observation. Results ： The primary symptom integral of Weiwei I1 particles from 5th visit, time points from fourth visit began to change, the effect of drugs began to highlight, and compared with the control group there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. The gastroscope classification and pathological grading score in experimental group and control group before and after treatment were significantly decreased, but the comparison between the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉O.05）.Conclusion： Weiwei II particles showed the exact clinical curative effect on incoordination between liver and stomach syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis patients, particularly has obvious advantages in terms of semeiology to improve.
