中药内服治疗妊娠剧吐meta分析

Meta-analysis of Internal TCM on Hyperemesis Gravidarum

目的:系统评价中药内服治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效及安全性。方法:全面检索中药内服治疗妊娠剧吐的随机对照试验文献并进行系统评价,根据Cochane协作网提供的偏倚风险评价工具评价文献质量,采用Revman4.2进行分析。结果:20篇文献符合纳入标准,Meta分析结果显示治疗妊娠剧吐时中药内服组有效率高于西医组(P<0.00001),复发率低于西医组(P=0.001)。结论:中药内服治疗妊娠剧吐是一种高效的方法,但还需要大样本的随机双盲对照试验进一步验证。

Objective ： To make a systematic analysis of the clinical effects and safety of Chinese medicinal herbs for treating hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods ： The literatures of randomized controlled trials about hyperemesis gravidarum treated by herbs were searched and systematically evaluated.The qualities of all literatures were assessed, and all data was analyzed by Revman 4.2 software. Results ： 20 trials were collected.Meta-analysis showed that the clinical efficiency rates of herbs group were higher than those of Western medicine group （ P〈0.00001 ）, the recurrence rates of herbs group were lower than those of Western medicine group （P=0.001）. Conclusion ： The Chinese medicinal herbs therapy for hyperemesis gravidarum is effective and efficient.However, this conclusion needed further verification by randomized doubie-i3lind controlled trials with larger size sample.
