摘要
《金匮要略》是仲景所著《伤寒杂病论》中论述杂病的部分,开创了对杂病进行辨证论治的先河。由于其中所载方药精效著,被后世医家称为"经方",并因此享有"方书之祖""医方之经"的美誉。但《金匮要略》被认为是经典之作,并非仅因其方剂,而还应包括全书所论理、法、方、药等各方面对后世临床起到的重要指导作用。其中,脉诊的论述对后世脉诊理论体系的形成也起到了很好的奠基作用。在此,文章就书中所论"脉浮"进行了整理和更深一步的学习,从而,提出了笔者对仲景之"脉浮"的理解。
Jingui Yaolue is one part of Shanghan Zabing Lun which is written by ZHANG Zhongjing on the treatment of the miscellaneous diseases.This classic is the first one to discuss the treatment of miscellaneous diseases based on syndrome differentiation.Although its prescriptions are simple, the therapeutic effects are significant. So the prescriptions are called as a classic prescriptions. Jingui Yaolue is knwon as the classic because of not only the prescriptions but also the influence of guiding clinical practice of its theories, principles, prescriptions and Chinese medicine. For example, the theory of pulse in this book is one of the bases of modern pulse theory.This essay stores the pulse-floating in this book anti makes a further analysis and then composes a new understanding.
