止痛消炎软膏加血竭治疗急性四肢软组织损伤临床疗效及护理体会

Clinical Efficacy and Nursing Experience on Treating Patients with Acute Soft Tissue Injury in Extremities byXiaoyan Zhitong Oint plus Dragon's Blood

目的:观察止痛消炎软膏加血竭配合护理措施治疗急性四肢软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分成两组各80例,治疗组外敷止痛消炎软膏加血竭治疗;对照组贴敷跌打镇痛膏治疗,按骨科常规护理。结果:治疗组痊愈5例,显效61例,有效14例,无效0例,愈显率82.5%,总有效率100%。对照组痊愈4例,显效37例,有效36例,无效3例,愈显率50.1%,总有效率96.5%。2组愈显率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:外敷止痛消炎软膏加血竭治疗急性四肢软组织损伤效果良好,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treating acute soft tissue injury in extremities with Xiaoyan Zhitong Oint plus Dragon＇s Blood and nursing measures. Methods ： 160 subjects were allocated into two groups randomly.80 patients in therapeutic group were treated with Xiaoyan Zhitong Oint plus Dragon＇s Blood. 80 patients in control group were treated with Dieda Analgesic Emplastrum.Routine orthopedic care was applied. Resuhs ： The number of cured, markedly effective, effective and invalid cases were 5 vs.4,61 vs.37,14 vs.36, and 0 vs.3 in therapeutic and control groups respectively.The total effective and markedly effective rates of therapeutic group and control group were 100% and 82,5%,96.5% and 50.1% respectively.The two groups had a significant difference in the markedly effective rate （ p〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical efficacy of Xiaoyan Zhitong Oint plus Dragon＇s Blood for patients with acute soft tissue injury in extremities is satisfied and worth to promote.
