慢性心力衰竭是心血管疾病的发展趋势,死亡率极高,心衰病患者的治疗与康复是对医护人员的一大考验。慢性心力衰竭以端坐呼吸、劳力性呼吸困难为主要表现,同时伴有不同程度的咳嗽、咯血、乏力、心慌、气短、少尿等症,使患者不得不承受巨大痛苦。护理工作在心衰的治疗过程中起着十分重要的作用,心衰病的护理包括生活起居的护理,饮食护理,保证用药依从性,亦需要对各类药物的正确使用及可出现的不良反应进行合理护理,以提高预后为最终目标。同时,医护人员应开展心衰病的宣讲教育和完善家庭护理服务系统。

Chronic heart failure is the development trend of cardiovascular disease, with high death rate. The treatment and recovery of heart failure patients is a major test of medical staff. Chronic heart failure mainly performs as orthopnea, exertional dyspnea with varying degrees of cough, hemoptysis, fatigue, palpitation, shortness of breath, oliguria embolism, and the patients have to endure great pain. Nursing plays a very important role in the therapy of heart failure. It contains not only daily life care, diet care, ensuring medication compliance but also the reasonably use of various types of drugs and reasonable care to possible adverse reactions with the aim of improvement of prognosis. Medical staff should also preach knowledge of heart failure and improve the system of family nursing service.
