火龙疗法治疗脾肾阳虚泄泻临床疗效分析及护理

Clinical Effect Analysis and Nursing on Fire Dragon Therapy in Treatment of 62 Cases of Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Diarrhea

目的:观察火龙疗法针对脾肾阳虚型泄泻治疗的临床效果。方法:将62例脾肾阳虚泄泻患者随机分为治疗组32例,对照组30例,治疗组给予火龙疗法日1次治疗;对照组给予中药汤剂日2次口服治疗;进行临床观察、评定疗效。结果:火龙疗法治疗阳虚泄泻有效率为93.75%,中药治疗组有效率为73.33%,经统计学处理两组疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:火龙疗法治疗脾肾阳虚泄泻效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of the fire dragon therapy for spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type diarrhea treatment. Methods ： 62 patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group 32 cases and control group 30 eases. Treatment group was given dragon treatment once a day. Control group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment twice a day orally. We assessed the clinical observation of curative effect. Results ： The effective rate of fire dragon therapy to treat the Yang deficiency diarrhea was 93.75%. Chinese medicine treatment group effective rate was 73.33%. There was a significant meaning （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The dragon therapy has significant effect on treating spleen-kidney Yang deficiency diarrhea, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
