迈之灵治疗膝关节骨性关节炎合并滑膜炎疗效分析

Analysis of aescuven forte for the therapy of osteoarthritis of the knee and synovitis

目的 观察迈之灵治疗膝关节骨性关节炎合并滑膜炎的疗效.方法 选取2008年3月至2010年5月大庆油田总医院收治的80例膝关节骨性关节炎合并滑膜炎患者,按随机数字表随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组患者采用活血止痛胶囊口服治疗,每日3次,每次lg;观察组患者采用迈之灵口服治疗,每日2次,每次300 mg.治疗2周后对2组患者的疗效、疼痛和压痛评分进行观察和比较.结果 治疗2周后,观察组的优良率为87.5％ （35/40）,显著高于对照组（67.5％,27/40）,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组的疼痛和压痛评分分别为（2.6±1.1）和（0.6±0.3）分,明显低于对照组[（3.7±1.5）和（1.1±0.5）分],差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 迈之灵治疗膝骨性关节炎合并滑膜炎作用明显.

Objective To study the effect of the aescuven forte for the treatment of elderly osteoarthritis of the knee （OA）.Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis from August 2011 to May 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Huoxuezhitong capsules,1 g once,3 times per day; the observation group was treated with oral aescuven forte tablets,300 mg per day,twice a day.The efficacy,pain and tenderness score in the two groups were observed and compared after 2 weeks of treatment.Results The excellent rate in observation group was 87.5% （35/40） after 2 weeks of treatment,significantly higher than that in the control group （67.5%,27/40） ; the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; pain and tenderness scores in the observation group were （2.6 ± 1.1） and （0.6 ± 0.3） scores,significantly lower than those in the control group [（3.7 ± 1.5） and （1.1 ± 0.5） scores] ; the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Aescuven forte for the treatment of OA has a significant effect.
