替加环素联合美罗培南治疗广泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染的临床分析

Clinical analysis of tigecycline combined meropenem treatment of extensively drug esistant A. baumannii

目的 研究替加环素联合美罗培南治疗广泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染的疗效及安全性.方法 采用回顾性调查的方法,对2012年2-12月广东省惠州市中心医院重症医学科泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者采用替加环素联合美罗培南治疗的疗效及安全性进行分析.结果 广泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者共10例.其中男性8例,女性2例,呼吸机相关性肺炎7例,泌尿系感染2例,血流性感染1例.替加环素联合美罗培南治疗时间7～21 d,总有效率100％.共有4例出现不良反应,其中2例出现嗜睡,1例发生腹泻,1例出现轻度黄疸.全部患者均能耐受治疗.结论 替加环素联合美罗培南用于治疗广泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染安全有效.

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of tigecycline combined meropenem in treatment of extensively drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii.Methods Ten cases of extensively drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii infections treated with tigecycline combined meropenem were retrospectively analyzed from February 2012 to December 2012.Results All 10 patients infection of extensively drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii included 8 men and 2 women,7 cases were ventilator associated pneumonia,2 cases were urinary system infections,1 case was blood infection,the treatment time was 7-21 days,the total effective rate was 100.0%,2 cases had sleepiness,1 case had diarrhea,one case had mild jaundice,all patients could tolerate the treatment.Conclusions It is effective and safe to use tigecycline combined meropenem treating of extensively drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii infections.
