单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂对脑出血后神经功能恢复的应用价值

Effect of four single sialic acid ganglioside hexose on the neural function recovery of patients after cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(GM1)对脑出血后神经功能恢复的临床效果。方法选取我院2011-06—2012-05收治的100例脑出血患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50),观察组应用GM1注射液静滴,对照组采用常规治疗方法,连续治疗4周为1个疗程,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 (1)2组患者治疗后,观察组神经功能缺损评分较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)2组患者治疗后日常生活活动能力(BI)评分差别较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)2组患者治疗过程中并未见明显不良反应。结论脑出血患者采用GM1注射液静滴可加速神经功能恢复,并提高患者的日常生活活动能力。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of four single sialic acid ganglioside hexose （GM1） on the neural func- tion recovery of patients after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from 2011 June to 2012 May were randomly divided into observation group （50 cases, treated with the intravenous injection of four single sialic acid ganglioside hexose） and control group （50 cases, treated with conventional therapy）. The clinical curative effect of two groups were compared 4 weeks after treatment. Results （1） The nervous function defect score in observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group （P^0.05）. （2） The ability score of daily living in two groups after treatment had larger difference. （3）There were no obviously adverse reactions in two groups during treatment. Conclusion The intravenous injection of single sialic acid ganglioside hexose four can accelerate the recovery of neurological function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and improve the activities of daily living of patients.
