高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen treating patients with severe traumatic brain injury

目的探讨高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法将我院2009-02—2010-02收治的70例重型颅脑损伤患者随机的分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予神经外科常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上进行高压氧治疗。结果观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组的治疗有效率,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后GCS评分较治疗前有明显改善,而且观察组改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重型颅脑损伤患者在常规的治疗基础上进行高压氧治疗具有较好的效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen treating patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 70 patients with severe traumatic brain injury in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2010 were ran- domly divided into the control group （treated with conventional neurosurgery） and the observation group （treated with conven- tional neurosurgery plus hyperbaric oxygen）. Results The curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group, which had a significant difference（P^0.05） ; The GCS scores of two groups after treatment were higher than these before treatment, especially in the observation group. Conclusion The conventional neurosurgery plus hyperbaric oxygen treatment have a good effect on patients with severe traumatic brain injury.
