甘草酸二胺联合阿昔洛韦治疗颜面部带状疱疹的疗效观察

DIAMMONIUM GLYCYRRHIZINATE AND ACYCLOVIR IN TREATING FACIAL HERPES ZOSTER

目的观察甘草酸二胺联合阿昔洛韦静脉点滴治疗颜面部带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法选择颜面部带状疱疹患者103例,随机分成治疗组51例和对照组52例,治疗组采用甘草酸二胺联合阿昔洛韦静脉点滴,对照组仅用阿昔洛韦静脉点滴。结果治疗组止疱、结痂、止痛及痊愈时间均明显短于对照组,治疗组总有效率(96.08%)高于对照组(78.85%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论甘草酸二胺联合阿昔洛韦静脉点滴治疗颜面部带状疱疹的疗效显著,副作用少。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combined use of diammonium and the intravenous drip of acyclovir in treating facial herpes zoster. Methods 103 patients glycyrrhizinate with facial her- pes zoster were randomly divided into two groups , 51 cases in the treatment group treated with diammoni- um glycyrrhizinate and the intravenous drip of acyclovir 52 cases in the control group treated with a intra- venous drip of acyclovir only. Results The time of removing blisters, incrustation, relieving pain and re- covery in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The total effective rate was 96.08% and 78.85% in the treatment group and the control group respectively （ P d0.01）. Con- clusion The combined use of diammonium glycyrrhizinate and the intravenous drip of acyclovir can produce striking curative effect with few side effects in treating facial herpes zoster.
