摘要
目的观察消银胶囊联合NB-UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法选择玫瑰糠疹患者91例,随机分成两组,治疗组47例采用消银胶囊联合NB-UVB照射治疗,对照组44例仅予口服消银胶囊治疗。结果治疗组在有效率、红斑鳞屑消退时间及瘙痒消失时间等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消银胶囊联合NB-UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹能明显缩短玫瑰糠疹的病程,疗效高,不良反应少。
Objective To observe the effect of xiaoyin capsule and NB-UVB on pityriasis rosea. Methods 91 cases of pityriasis rosea were randomly divided into two groups. 47 cases in the treatment group were treated with xiaoyin capsule and NB-UVB, while 44 cases in the control group were treated with xiaoyin capsules only. Results There existed significant difference in the curative effect, the regression time of scaly erythema and the extinction time of itching between the treatment group and the control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion The combined use of xiaoyin capsules and NB-UVB in treating pityriasis rosea can sig- nificantly shorten the course of disease, produce good curative effect and have few side effects.
