摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术手术方法与临床应用价值。方法回顾分析98例腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者的临床资料。结果 2例因为粘连分离困难,无法显露阑尾而改开腹手术,其余患者均采用三孔法完成手术,术后无明显并发症。结论腹腔镜阑尾切除术是安全、有效的治疗方法,具有美容效果好、创伤小、康复快、并发症少等优势。
Objective To explore the method and clinical value of laparoscopic appendectomy （LA）. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients undergoing LA in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in this literature. Results Difficult separation due to adhesion occurred in 2 patients and open laparotomy was per- formed. Three-hole technique was adopted in other operations. No serious complication occurred in pa- tients. Conclusion LA is a safe and effective way to treat appendicitis, with such advantages as better cos- metic result, fewer traumas, faster recovery and fewer complications.
