小叶女贞叶及复方制剂中齐墩果酸含量测定实验研究

EXPERIMENT RESEARCH ON THE CONTENT ASSAYING OF OLEANOLIC ACID IN LOBULAR PRIVET LEAVES AND COMPOUND PREPARATION

目的测定小叶女贞叶、小叶女贞茶和清醇健肝胶囊有效成分,建立小叶女贞含量测定方法。方法筛选小叶女贞含量测定方法,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定样品中齐墩果酸含量。结果小叶女贞叶中齐墩果酸的含量为0.0493%;小叶女贞茶中齐墩果酸含量为0.0525%;清醇健肝胶囊干浸膏中齐墩果酸含量为0.0636%。结论本实验中小叶女贞叶单方中的含量较低,清醇健肝胶囊干浸膏中含量较高。

Objective To determine the content of oleanolic acid in lob ular privet leaves, lobular privet tea and Qingchunjiangan capsules to establish the content assaying of Oleanolic acid in lobular privet. Methods Different content assaying methods were compared. High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used to determine the content of oleanolic acid in samples. Results The contents of oleanolic acid in the lobular privet leaves, the lobular privet tea and the Qingchunjiangan capsules were 0. 0493%, 0. 0525% and 0. 0636% respectively. Conclusion In this experiment, the content of oleanolic acid is low in prescription of lobular privet leaves but high in Qingchunjiangan capsules.
