摘要
目的探讨氟尿嘧啶缓释剂(5-Fu)局部化疗配合中晚期鼻咽癌患者放疗的疗效。方法中晚期鼻咽癌患者共60例,自愿作局部化疗+放疗患者30例为A组,顺铂增敏全身化疗+放疗患者30例为B组,A组患者于放疗开始同时在瘤体内植入5-Fu,B组作顺铂增敏全身化疗+放疗,两组放疗方法及剂量相同。结果 A组与B组治疗前肿瘤体积差异无统计学意义P=0.491;治疗2周后及5周后A组肿瘤体积缩小率均大于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 5-Fu在瘤体内可持久保持较高药物浓度,实现了靶点给药目的。应用于中晚期鼻咽癌患者放射治疗中,明显增强了疗效,为临床开辟了一条新的有效的治疗途径。
Objective Investigate the release agent fluorouracil (5-Fu) in locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma chemothera- py combined with radiation therapy. Methods A total of 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into group A and group B: group A was of 30 patients who were willing to treat the cancer by local chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and at the be- ginning of radiotherapy, 5 - Fu was implanted into the tumour. Group B was of 30 patients who were treated by cisplatin sensitivi- ty of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The radiation method and dose are of the same in both groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the tumor size (P=-0.491) of group A and group B; 2 weeks and 5 weeks after the treatment, the tumor shrinkage rate of group A was greater than that of group B, the difference was statistically significant (P〈 0.001). Conclusion Implant 5 - Fu into tumors can achieve the target for medicine purpose. It obviously enhances the curative ef- fect when applying this method in treating intermediate and advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma and opens up a new way of effec- tive treatment
