螺旋型鼻空肠管应用于ICU重症患者的营养支持治疗 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨螺旋形鼻空肠管应用于ICU重症患者的营养支持治疗。方法将50例ICU的重症患者随机分为2组分别经鼻胃管和鼻空肠管鼻饲给予肠内营养支持治疗,观察患者营养状况的改善及并发症的发生。结果鼻空肠管鼻饲患者营养状况(三头肌皮褶厚度,上臂肌围,血清清蛋白)较鼻胃肠管鼻饲患者显著升高(P<0.05),且并发症减少(P<0.05)。结论经鼻空肠管鼻饲更适合ICU重症患者的肠内营养支持治疗。
