摘要
目的探讨药物联合调Q开关激光照射治疗面部化妆品接触性皮炎的方式与效果。方法选取面部化妆品接触性皮炎患者共60例,依照随机分组法平均分为治疗组与对照组,对照组予以葡萄糖、维生素、咪唑斯汀、中药冷敷剂联合治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用调Q开关激光照射治疗。结果治疗组患者灼热、瘙痒、红斑、丘疹、水疱及皮损面积分数均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用药物联合调q开关激光照射治疗面部化妆品接触性皮炎可有效控制原有症状,安全有效。
Objective To investigate the drug combination of Q switch laser irradiation in the treatment of facial cosmetic contact dermatitis and effect. Methods Facial cosmetic contact dermatitis patients with a total of 60 cases, according to randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, control group were given glucose, vitamin, mizolastine, cold medicine agent combina- tion therapy, the treatment group was treated with Q switched laser irradiation therapy on the basis of control group. Results The patients in the treatment group index scores were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The drug combi- nation of Q switch laser irradiation in the treatment of facial cosmetic contact dermatitis can control the symptoms effectively, safe- ly and effectively.
