儿童孤独症的早期诊断和早期干预

Early Stage Diagnosis and Intervention of Child Autism

目的对未确诊为孤独症,但有言语迟缓或社交问题或象征行为问题的部分症状儿童进行早期干预。方法从2009年9月始,对1~2岁儿童进行孤独症的早期筛查,对筛查后确诊及疑似孤独症患儿进行专门治疗,实行早期干预。结果在进行早期干预后,确诊的9例孤独症儿童显效8例,有效1例;语言迟缓、社交问题、象征行为问题等症状显著好转,未发展为孤独症儿童。结论通过对孤独症儿童进行早期的诊断和干预可以有效预防孤独症的发生,从而为儿童的健康成长和美好未来提供了可能。

Objective Children with undiagnosed autism or parts of symptoms like slow words or social problems or symbol behav- ior problems were given early stage intervention. Methods From September 2009, children of 1-2 years old were given early stage of screen of autism. Children of diagnosed and suspected autism were given special treatments and early stage intervention. Re- sults After early stage intervention, among 9 children of diagnosed autism, 8 cases were significantly effective, 1 case was effec- tive; symptoms like slow words or social problems or symbol behavior problems were improved obviously and the children didn＇t develop into autism. Conclusion Early stage of diagnosis and intervention can effectively prevent children from developing into autism and supply opportunity for the healthy growth and bright future of children.
