急性心肌梗死病人临床护理路径实施效果探讨

Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients Carrying Out Clinical Nursing Path Effect

目的探讨对急性心肌梗死患者实施临床护理路径的效果。方法选择急性心肌梗死患者共162例,随机均分为观察组和对照组,两组均予以溶栓治疗,观察组实施临床护理路径,对照组实施传统护理程序,对比分析两组护理效果。结果观察组患者的住院时间、对护理工作的满意度、健康知识知晓率均显著高于对照组,且住院费用、并发症发生率显著低于对照组,P均<0.05。结论临床护理路径是一种科学有效的护理管理模式,用于急性心肌梗死患者的护理,可提高护理效率及护理质量,减少患者的住院成本,并建立良好的护患关系,提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigative the effect of the implementation of clinical nursing path for patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 162 patients with acute myocardial infarction, were randomly divided into observation group and the control group and observation group, both groups were given thrombolytic therapy,implementation of clinical nursing path , the ob- servation group implemented clinical care path and the control group implemented traditional nursing program, comparative analy- sis of the effect of two groups of nursing. Results The observation group of patients with length of hospital stay, the nursing job satisfaction, health knowledge awareness is significantly higher than control group, the incidence of complications and hospitaliza- tion expenses, significantly lower than control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Clinical nursing path is a scientific and effective nursing management mode, and nursing care for patients with acute myocardial infarction （MI）, can improve the efficiency of nursing and nursing quality, reduce the hospitalization cost of patients, and to establish a good relationship between nurses and patients, im- prove patient satisfaction with nursing care, is worthy of popularization and application.
