激素在重症肺炎治疗中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 肺炎是临床常见疾病，自20世纪40年代以来，虽然广谱抗菌药物不断问世，但肺炎仍是感染性疾病导致死亡的主要原因之一，严重危害社会公共健康。研究显示大部分肺炎患者的死亡发生在气道分泌物及血液中的细菌被清除后，提示单独通过充分的抗感染治疗不足以降低肺炎患者的死亡率。
