我院2010～2012年抗青光眼用药情况分析

目的:了解我院治疗青光眼用药的使用与用药趋势。方法:对我院2010～2012年的抗青光眼用药的销售金额、销售数量进行统计分析。结果:我院抗青光眼药品的销售整体呈上升的趋势。局部用药排在销售的第一位,口服药排在第二,静脉用药排在第三。局部用药中,前列腺素衍生物类药物销售金额排名第一,碳酸酐酶抑制剂排第二,β受体阻断剂排第三。在销售数量上β受体阻断剂排在第一,碳酸酐酶抑制剂排第二,拟肾上腺素药物排第三。口服抗青光眼药以视神经保护药和碳酸酐酶抑制剂为主。静脉用药以高渗溶液为主。结论:我院在治疗青光眼方面基本做到了合理用药。

Objective：To get clear information about the use and trend of glaucoma medication in our hospital.Methods：Anti-glaucoma medication sales amount and sales volume had been analysed in statistics in our hospital during 2010～2012.Results：the sales of anti-glaucoma drug was overall upward trend in our hospital.local application sales came in the first one,came in second oral,intravenous drug use came in third.In the sales of Local application,the sales amount of Prostaglandin derivatives ranked first,the second row carbonic anhydrase inhibitors,β-blockers in third.In the number of sales,β-blockers in the first row,second row carbonic anhydrase inhibitors,adrenergic drugs ranked third.The chief role of Oral anti-glaucoma drugs was Neuroprotection drug and Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors.Intravenous drug use with hypertonic solution based.Conclusions：Basic aspects of the treatment of glaucoma did rational drug use in our hospital.
