In order to realize the controlling and diagnosing of the train effectively, a control and network system of urban rail transit is designed. The constitute and function of the system is introduced and the system bus, topology and corresponding functions are illustrated. It has high redundancy and reliability. It proves that the system meets the need of running safely and reliably.
