朝医清肺泻肝汤对急性期中风病人的临床效应

目的:对太阴人中风病急性期患者口服清肺泻肝汤,观察临床疗效及安全性。方法:本研究将太阴人中风病急性期患者的一般特性、卒中类型、四象体质进行调查,对治疗前后临床神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力指数(Barthel)、中医证候等观察指标进行评分,并进行总体疗效观察和评定。结果:治疗前后比较临床神经功能缺损程度、日常生活活动能力指数、中医证候有非常显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:清肺泻肝汤对急性期太阴人中风病有明显的抑制中风进展的效果,并且促进运动功能恢复,太阴人中风病急性期均可使用,疗效可靠安全,值得临床推广。

Results：Before and after treatment nihss,mbi have significant difference. （P 〈 0.001 ） o Conclusion：Qingfeix- iegan - tang on significantly inhibit the progress of stroke in the acute phase of the lunar stroke. And promote the recovery of motor function, acute stage of stroke can be used, Efficacy is Reliable and secure. Worth in clinical practice.
