摘要
科学地分析评价炼油过程用能状况是节能工作的基础。以某炼油厂加氢裂化装置为例,利用PRO/II软件模拟加氢裂化装置,运用过程系统三环节能量结构理论,依据热力学第一定律和热力学第二定律进行了装置的能量平衡和平衡计算及分析,并根据分析结果指出了装置的节能方向。
Energy -saving in refineries needs to be carried out based on the scientifically energy analysis and evaluation of the processing units. The hydrocracking unit in a refinery was taken as an example, its energy and exergy balances were then worked out through calculation according to the three - link method for process integration following the First Law and the Second Law of thermodynamics. The results were analyzed, and the direction for energy -saving were proposed.
