摘要 为了掌握公共建筑集中空调系统的能耗状况,以某大型公共建筑为例,通过对用电、用气及用水情况,及相关运行设备等方面进行了能耗测试和分析,得出公共建筑的主要的能耗对象为集中空调系统,且公共建筑空调系统存在设计选型偏大、设备运行效率低、运行管理不规范、缺乏室温控制等诸多问题。提出了针对大型公共建筑的节能改造方面的建议。 Taking a large -sized public building for example, the energy consumption for electric, natural gas,water and its equipment is tested and analyzed. Draw a conclusion that major factors of energy con- sumption is central air conditioning system. And there are some problems, such as design models are rela- tively large, equipment operation efficiency is low, operation management is not standardized and lack of room temperature control. Some suggestions for energy - saving reconstruction of large - sized public buildings are put forward.
