杭州市造纸行业能耗现状及节能分析

Energy Consumption Investigation and Energy Conservation Analysis on Papermaking and Paper Products in Hangzhou

本文通过对杭州市造纸行业2000-2011年期间企业概况、产品产量、用能特点、能耗水平等分析,得出了造纸行业2011年单位产品综合能耗和单位产品综合电耗分别比2000年下降了43.33%和34.25%,能源消耗种类的占比也发生了变化。在此基础上,分析比较了规模以上企业统计数据与重点用能企业节能监察数据,并针对存在的能耗水平、污染物排放等问题,提出了相应的节能管理和节能技术措施的建议。

By the analysis of Papermaking and Paper Products overview, production, energy features and energy consumption level etc. , during the period from 2000 to 2011, this paper arrives at the conclusion about Papermaking and Paper Products in 2011 comprehensive energy consumption and comprehensive power consumption per unit of product dropped respectively 43.33% and 34.25% than 2000, the pro- portion of energy consumption has also changed. Based on this conclusion, this paper analyses and com- pares the energy consumption data of industrial enterprises above designated size and energy conservation supervision of key energy enterprises. Furthermore aiming at the energy consumption level, pollutant e- missions and other issues, it brings forward the corresponding suggestion of energy management and ener- gy conservation measures.
