摘要
本文利用循环流化床实验平台,分析稻壳混煤燃烧对SO2排放的影响。将稻壳与贫煤按不同质量比制成混合燃料,在流化床锅炉中燃烧,采集炉温及烟气中SO2浓度等数据进行分析。结果表明,当燃烧温度恒定时,SO2的排放量随着燃料中稻壳所占比重增加而降低;当燃料中稻壳所占比重恒定时,SO2的排放量随着燃烧温度的升高而增加。
The influences of the emission of SO2 from the combustion of rice husk blended coal were ana- lyzed by utilizing the experimental platform of Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB). Based on different mass ratio of rice husk and lean coal, the mixed fuel was made and then combusted in the circulating fluidized bed. The data of temperature of the boiler and concentration of SO2 in the flue gas of the boiler were col- lected and analyzed. The results show that when the combustion temperature was constant, the emission of SO2 was decreased as the increasing of the mass ratio of rice husk in the mixed fuel. However, when the mass ratio of rice husk in the mixed fuel was a constant, the emissions of SO2 were increased as the increasing of combustion temperature.
