摘要
针对螺旋锥齿轮逆向造型进行研究,首先对螺旋锥齿轮进行数据采集,其次对扫描的点云数据进行处理,包括点云对齐、点云分割、点云光顺和点云简化,然后根据处理后的点云数据进行螺旋锥齿轮三维模型重构,最后对重构的三维模型进行误差分析,发现造型过程中的不足之处,以提高造型的准确度。逆向造型弥补了螺旋锥齿轮传统加工方法的不足,可以缩短产品的开发周期,降低生产成本,使企业能更好地适应单件、小批量的生产要求。
The reverse modeling of spiral bevel gear is studied in this paper. Firstly, the data of spiral bevel gear is collected. Secondly, the scanned point cloud data is processed, including point cloud alignment, point cloud segmentation, point cloud smoothing and point cloud simplification. Then, the three-dimensional model of spiral bevel gear is reconstructed on the basis of the processed point cloud data. Finally, the error of the reconstructed three-dimensional model is analyzed, and the deficiencies are found in the modeling process to improve the accuracy of the modeling. Reverse modeling makes up for the deficiencies of the traditional processing method of the spiral bevel gear, shortens the product development cycle, reduces production costs,and makes enterprises better adapt to the production mode requirements of single, small quantities.
