摘要
针对扩孔加工中存在的偏斜问题进行了探讨,提出了超声振动扩孔方法,对超声振动扩孔纠偏机理进行分析,并进行了验证试验。实验结果表明:超声振动扩孔比普通扩孔的孔偏量减小了3/4。
The ultrasonic vibration reaming processing was put forward against problem of axis deflection in ream processing. The mechanism of deviation correction by ultrasonic vibration reaming was analyzed and verification experiments were carried out in the article. The experimental results show that the holes partial amount reduced 3/4 in the ultrasonic vibration reaming than in ordinary reaming.
