摘要
通用测量器具采用两点量法对光滑工件进行检验,所得的测量结果为工件的局部实际尺寸,由于形状误差的存在,测量结果很可能不符合极限尺寸判断原则——泰勒原则的规定。利用概率和数理统计的方法,分析了形状误差引起的尺寸增量的形式及其分布状态,以及各种分布状态下对误判的影响程度,并指出,只要合理设置安全裕度,在正常生产条件下,两点量法是符合泰勒原则的。
Universal measuring tools uses two-point method to inspect smooth workpiece, the measurement results are the parts of actual size of the workpiece, due to the form error, the measurement results may not meet the judgment principle of limited size——the provisions of the Taylor principle. This article takes advantages of methods of probability and mathematical statistics to analyze shape error caused by the forms and distribution of the size of the increment, as well as the degree of impact miscarriage of justice in a variety of distribution. It also indicates that the two-point method is in line with the Taylor principle under the normal conditions of production, as long as the safety margin is reasonably set up.
