摘要 针对传统温室环境生产的种苗存活率低、品质差、不利于大规模商品化生产的现状,北京京鹏环球科技股份有限公司研制了闭锁型工厂化育苗系统,该系统通过人工控制,采用科学化、标准化技术措施,运用机械化、自动化手段,使种苗在最佳环境下生长;同时以黄瓜(寒光65)为试材,分析了不同光源对黄瓜幼苗下胚轴长、茎粗及第一真叶叶面积大小的影响,试验结果表明,LED光源比荧光灯具有显著促进黄瓜幼苗生长的作用,且对黄瓜幼苗下胚轴的伸长具有显著促进作用。 The traditional greenhouse was unfavorable to the large-scale production of vegetable seedlings, and had the disadvantages of low seedling survival rate and poor quality, therefore Beijing Kingpeng Hi-tech International Corporation developed a closed factory breeding system. The system made the seedlings grow under the best circumstances through manual control, by adopting scientific and standardized technical measures and automated means. At the same time, the paper took the cucumber cultivar Hanguang 65 as the test material, and studied the effects of different light sources on hypocotyls length, stem diameter and leaf area of the first true leaf of cucumber seedlings. The results showed that, LED light could significantly promote the growth of cucumber seedlings than the fluorescent lamp, and played a significant role on promoting the hypocotyl elongation of cucumber seedlings.
