摘要
以数控车床产品技术咨询中的故障诊断为实例,通过故障现象并借助系统报警的辅助诊断,分析了故障产生的原因,介绍了异常发生后的诊断与处理方法;准确的咨询诊断与快速分析处理,是使数控机床得以恢复正常工作的保证。
The article uses the failure diagnosis for technical advice in the CNC lathe products as an example, through the failure phenomenon with the help of the auxiliary system alarm diagnosis, analyzes the causes for the failure, introduces the diagnosis and treatment methods after the abnormality; accurate consultation and diagnosis, treatment, and rapid analysis guarantee the normal work resume of CNC machine tools.
