摘要
为了适应箱体类零件孔与端面的工艺要求,同时使企业资源在多品种、小批量生产中得到很好的利用,研发了两种齿轮齿条传动装置,实现孔及端面的加工。文章详细阐述了各装置的结构原理、特点以及应用范围。该装置结构合理,不仅可以应用于通用镗床类机床,也可应用于专用机床,满足各种批量的生产需求,提高了机床的利用率,降低了生产成本,具有良好的实用性与推广性。
In order to satisfy the using of enterprise resources for the medium-duty and small serial production, and the machining technology requirements of hole with face in box-parts, two new rack and pinion jacks devices was developed. The detailed descriptions of the motion principle, application and feature were introduced. The device had a reasonable structure, low cost, simply operation for high profits, especially for the every duty production. Therefore, this was a practicable and promotional device.
