摘要
基于光栅尺具有精确定位和实时显示的特点,提出了一种光栅尺与对刀仪组合使用的控制方法,介绍了该检测装置的基本组成,介绍了砂轮磨损补偿的特定算法以及借助对刀仪对累积误差进行清零的方法。通过该方法实现了加工的自动控制,取得了理想的效果。
Based on the raster ruler has accurate positioning and real-time display characteristics, put forward a kind of control method with raster ruler and tool auto-checking instrument in combination, introduces the basic components of the detecting device, the specific algorithm for compensation of grinding wheel wear,and introduces the method for cumulative error resetting by aligning tool auto-checking instrument. The method realizes the automatic control of processing, has obtained the ideal effect.
