摘要
为解决便携式测量机在机检测某模型件唇部曲面时因基准定位误差而导致测量结果偏差过大的问题,基于在同一加工坐标系下加工的简单结构基准测量件和坐标匹配算法,设计通过对测量数据与理论值的偏差计算,并对坐标系进行旋转和平移匹配,使测量数据尽可能地包容曲面CAD模型;实践证明,该方法有效地匹配了测量坐标系和加工坐标系,实现了机加过程的质量控制。
This article is to solve the problem that too large deviation of measurement result is caused by datum position error when the lip curve of a model workpiece is measured on-machine by the portable coordinate measuring machine(PCMM). Based on the simple datum workpiece machined in the same coordinate system and the coordinate matching algorithm, it is to let measure data to contain the CAD model through calculating the deviation of the data and theoretical value, rotating and translating the coordinate system. The practice shows that this way can match the measuring coordinate system and the machining coordinate system. The quality control in the machining process is realized.
