摘要
采用退化转移自由基聚合,用溶液聚合和乳液聚合2种方法制备了氯丁二烯-丙烯酸丁酯嵌段聚合物,通过凝胶渗透色谱、核磁共振氢谱及动态光散射仪对聚合物进行了分析。结果表明,用以碘仿作链转移剂的氯丁二烯低温乳液聚合得到的聚氯丁二烯为大分子链转移剂,以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,进行丙烯酸丁酯的溶液聚合,制得了氯丁二烯-丙烯酸丁酯嵌段共聚物。用以碘仿作为链转移剂进行氯丁二烯的低温乳液聚合得到的聚氯丁二烯为种子乳液,然后加入第2单体丙烯酸丁酯进行乳液聚合,制得了氯丁二烯-丙烯酸丁酯嵌段聚合物。
The polychloroprene-b-poly (butyl ac- rylate) block copolymers (PCP-b-PBA) were pre- pared by degenerative transfer radical solution and emulsion polymerizations and characterized by gel permeation chromatography, proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and dynamic light scattering analysis. The results showed that taking iodoform as chain-transfer agent, the emulsion polymerization of ehloroprene was carried out and the iodine atom-en- ded polychloroprene was obtained. Then solution polymerization of butyl acrylate was conducted in tol- uene with 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator and the above obtained polychloroprenes as macro-chain transfer agents. PCP-b-PBA diblock copolymers were acquired successfully. The iodine atom-ended polychloroprene seed latex was prepared by the aforementioned method. Then the block copolymeri- zation was carried out in the presence of the second monomer butyl acrylate. The block copolymer was synthesized successfully through seed emulsion poly- merization.
