摘要
就如何建立有效的质量管理体系,从企业业务特点,质量体系所涉及的业务领域等方面,对现代企业质量管理体系建设进行了阐述。指出,油气勘探开发企业建立质量管理体系,应与生产实际结合,根据企业业务特点开展工作,要适应企业改革发展趋势,结合企业发展规划。
How to establish an effective quality management system in the modem oil/gas exploration and development enterprises is stated in the aspects of the business characteristics, the business fields involved in the quality management system, etc. this will pro- vide the guidance for the establishment of quality management system of oilfield enterprises.
