摘要
为完善羟丙基瓜尔胶表观黏度检测方法,提高检测质量,在行业标准SY/T 5764-2007《压裂用植物胶通用技术要求》基础上,设计了不同条件下表观黏度测试对比实验。检测过程中发现,测试方法、测试条件等因素对表观黏度测试值的影响较大,研究分析得出黏度计转子旋转超过2min时,数据读取比较稳定;高速搅拌胶粉溶液黏度测试值比低速搅拌偏高,约3~4mPa·s;溶液存在上层的泡沫时的溶液表观黏度检测值比去除泡沫检测值偏高,约2~4mPa·s;黏度计转子洁净程度对检测值由上次样品测试值影响。
To perfect the detection methods of the apparent viscosity of hydroxypropyl guar and improve the detection quality,the contrast experiments of testing the apparent viscosity of hydroxypropyl guar under different conditions are designed based on the in- dustry standard SY/T 5764-2007. The testing results show that detection methods and detection conditions have great effect on the test value of the apparent viscosity: the measured viscosity data are stable if the rotation time of the viscosimeter rotor exceeds two minutes; the viscosity value measured under high-speed mixing is higher 3-4mPa-s than that under low-speed mixing; the viscosity value measured when there is foam in the measured solution is higher 2-4mPa.s than that measured when the foam is removed; lh~' cleanliness of the viscosimeter rotor affects the measured viscosity value.
