摘要
运用PDCA循环方法,对影响试井合格率的原因进行分析,找到了3项主要因素是:卡槽与打捞头滑脱、凸轮未打开、弹簧弹力不足,针对这3项要因提出了相应的改进对策,即改进卡槽坡度、加长凸轮长度、增大弹簧直径,实现了对试井控挂器结构的质量改进,提高了试井测试合格率。
The causes that affect the well testing pass-rate are analyzed by using PDCA cycle method. Three major causes are found, and they are: the salvage head is slipped away from the slot, the cam is unopened, and the elasticity of spring is insufficient. Counter- measures are proposed regarding to these three causes respectively, which are: adjusting the gradient of slot, prolonging the cam and increasing the radius of the spring. Quality improvement for well testing control hanging device's structure is made, and the well tast- ing pass-rate is improved.
