摘要
针对规格为Φ139.70×7.72mm N80钢级长圆螺纹(LC)套管在上、卸扣试验过程中发生严重粘扣的现象进行分析。通过观察粘扣套管的外观形貌,分析套管螺纹参数,套管的镀层特性,检测套管材料的化学成分及机械性能,,得出材料含碳量低,塑性大,套管磷化质量差等原因可造成套管粘扣的结论。通过对改进磷化质量后的套管进行上卸扣试验,套管无粘扣现象发生,验证了结论的正确性。最后根据研究结果,对API螺纹套管质量控制提出了建议。
This paper analyzes the serious thread gluing of φ 139.70×7.72mm N80 LC casing in the make-and-break tests. By means of ubserving the appearance of the thread gluing casing, analyzing the thread paralneters and coating characteristics of the casing, and detecting the material chemical components and mechanical property, it is concluded that thread gluing mainly resulted from the low carbon content, big plasticity and poor phosphating quality of the casing. No thread gluing happened in the make-and-break tests af- ter the improvement of the phosphating quality, which has verified the validity of previous conclusion. Propusals have been finally presented on the quality control of API casing based on the research results.
