摘要
以全矢动平衡方法为基础,针对当前动平衡仪器在信息全面性、信息同步性及信息处理精度等方面存在的不足,结合ARM11微处理器和Windows CE 6.0操作系统,设计开发了一种适用于全矢动平衡分析的嵌入式振动采集系统;介绍了全矢动平衡方法的原理,设计了振动信号采集系统的硬件平台及软件平台。振动采集系统实现了多通道信号的同步整周期采集,对键相信号进行了特殊处理。系统的开发为旋转机械转子的动平衡分析提供了新的支持,有很好的应用前景。
In view of the drawback of the current instrument for dynamic balancing in data comprehensive,data synchronicity and data accuracy,based on the full vector dynamic balancing method,and the usage of ARM processor and Windows CE operating system,the new data acquisition system was developed.The principle of the full vector dynamic balancing was introduced,and the hardware platform framework and software platform framework of the system were designed.The data acquisition system achieves the ability of acquisiting synchronization entire cycle information.This system provides new support for the full vector dynamic balancing for rotating machinery,and has a bright application future.
