传动轴生产过程质量控制研究

摘要 质量是企业赖以生存的基础,也是企业的核心竞争力之一。针对某传动轴企业存在的质量问题,首先,利用排列图法对退货产品的质量问题进行分析,然后,运用直方图分析、过程能力分析、鱼骨图等方法对传动轴进行关键因素查找、质量控制与改进方案设计,并利用Minitab软件对搜集到的数据进行处理与分析;最后,针对主要问题提出改进方案和控制措施,使得传动轴的加工过程没有受到外来因素的影响而处于受控状态,而且它将为其它加工过程的质量控制提供重要的指导。从而有力的保证企业的产品质量,提高顾客满意度,增强企业竞争力,降低成本,保证交货期。 Quality is the enterprise survival foundation,also is one of the core competitiveness of the enterprise.In view of some transmission shaft enterprise existing quality problem,first of all,the use of praetor diagram method to return the product quality problems were analyzed,and then,using histogram analysis,process capability analysis,fishbone diagram method to drive shaft are key factors to find,quality control and improvement scheme design,and uses of Minitab software to collect the data processing and analysis;Finally,in view of the main problems it puts forward the improvement scheme and control measures.This enables the transmission shaft process without external factors to be controlled,and it will be for other processing quality control to provide important guidance.Thus it powerfully guarantees the quality of products,improves customer satisfaction,enhances enterprise competitiveness,reduces costs,and ensures the delivery time.
