部分覆盖压电约束层阻尼板的建模与控制特性分析

摘要 仅考虑逆压电效应,由压电材料的本构关系求出了约束层的膜内力。采用速度反馈控制策略,并结合约束层的膜内力和薄板控制方程,导出了压电约束层阻尼矩形板在频域内的整合一阶常微分矩阵方程。在此基础上,结合精细元法和叠加原理提出了一种分析部分覆盖压电约束层阻尼层合板振动和阻尼特性的半解析方法。通过与文献值的比较,证明了方法的有效性。还讨论了结构和控制参数对部分覆盖压电约束层阻尼层合板动力学特性的影响。 Only considering the piezoelectric inverse effect,membranes in the constrained layer are derived by employing the constitutive relations of piezoelectric materials.Adopting the velocity feedback control strategy,and combining with the membranes in the constrained layer and control equations of plates,the integrated first order differential matrix equation of a laminated plate with piezoelectric constrained layer damping treatment is established in the frequency domain.Based on the above,by virtue of the precise element method and superposition principle,a semi-analytical method is proposed to analyze the vibration and damping characteristics of the plate with partially piezoelectric constrained layer damping treatment.The comparison with the document has verified the effectiveness of the present method.The influence of the structure and control parameters on the dynamic characteristics is also discussed for a laminated plate with partially piezoelectric constrained layer damping treatment.
