摘要
通过理论分析及实验数据单一试验变量对比分析的方法,在综合考虑塔体的工作压力、树脂转移效率、性价比等因素后,主要对应用于铀水冶工业的新型密实固定床离子交换设备DN400双塔式离子交换试验装置的倒U型连接管管径进行选型分析,旨在获得该室内试验装置的最佳管路管径比,以便为现场装置连接管的设计提供一种性价比高的管型选择方案,使其不仅可以高效的保证树脂的转移效率,同时还要兼顾降低塔体工作压力及减少耗材的原则。
It has analyzed the inverted U type connecting pipe diameter of DN400 twin-tower ion exchange experimental device that mainly used in uranium hydrometallurgy corresponding industrial new fixed bed ion exchange equipment in the comprehensive consideration of the factors such as the tower body working pressure,resin transfer efficiency,cost-effective and so on,mainly through theoretical analysis and contrast analysis method.It aims to obtain the optimal pipe diameter ratio indoor test device and high performance/price ratio of the tube type for the field devices.Make it not only can effectively guarantee resin transfer efficiency,and also give consideration to try to reduce the pressure and the principle of reducing energy consumption.
