摘要
切削力是加工过程中非常重要的因素之一,直接或间接影响着刀具磨损、破损,也会引起刀具和工件的变形和振动,降低已加工表面质量。在Mikron UCP810 DURO高速加工中心上,利用YDCB-III05三向动态测力仪测量切削力信号,开展了多因素回归正交切削实验研究,建立了0Crl8Ni9不锈钢关于每齿进给fZ、切削速度v、径向切深ae、轴向切深ap四个切削参数的铣削力经验公式,并将计算结果和试验结果进行了比较,误差很小,说明该公式可以用于分析不锈钢的切削加工。
Cutting force is one of the very important factors in the cutting process,which influences the tool wear and damage directly or indirectly.The cutting force can also cause the deformation and vibration of the tool and workpiece,thus reduce the machined surface quality.To measure the cutting force signal by the use of the YDCB-III05 dynamometer,the milling force empirical equation of 0Crl8Ni9 stainless steel with respect to four cutting parameters of cutting speed v,feed per tooth fz,radial depth of cut ae,axial depth of cut ap is built based on the Mikron UCP810 DURO high speed machining center via the multi-element orthogonal regression experiment,and the computing results and the test results are compared.The results show that the milling force empirical equation can be used to analyze the machining of stainless steel.
