Pro/E模板定制与参数批量导入方法研究

Research on Template Customization and Parameters Batch Import Method of the Pro/E

针对Pro/E软件在三维建模环境中建立批量参数效率低下,在二维工程图环境中绘制标准图框困难,以及在工程图下的绘图单位、尺寸样式不符合国家标准等问题。对Pro/E进行了标准模板的定制、选项配置的优化,同时对工程图的标准模板与标准格式的定制方法进行了详细介绍,并提出了一种快捷导入批量参数的方法。实现了二维工程图图框的快速生成、标题栏与明细表的快捷导入与参数化关联、批量参数与批量关系的一键导入,提高了工作的效率与质量,并保证了设计工作的一致性与规范性。

Aiming at the problems in establishing parameters inefficient in the 3D model,it draws frame difficulty in the 2D engineering drawings,and the units and size style does not conform to the Chinese standard.The standard templates are customized and option configuration is optimized for the Pro/E.At the same time drawing the standard template customization of the standard format method is described in detail,then a method is proposed to import bulk parameters quickly.It realizes that the 2D engineering drawings frame is generated fast,and the title bar and BOM table are shortcut imported and parameterized,the batch parameters is imported by one key.It improves the efficiency and quality of work,and ensures the consistency and normative of the design work.
