RP-HPLC法同时测定维C银翘片中绿原酸和牛蒡苷的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Chlorogenic acid and Arctiin in VitaminC Yinqiao Tablet by RP - HPLC

目的:建立同时测定维C银翘片中绿原酸和牛蒡苷含量的方法,为该制剂质量标准的修订提供依据。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsil-ODS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μ);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液;流速为0.8ml/min;检测波长为327nm(0～25min)和280nm(25～50min),柱温:25℃。结果:绿原酸在0.516～4.128μg范围内、牛蒡苷在1.980～15.840μg范围内线性良好;绿原酸平均加样回收率为99.02%,RSD为0.83%,牛蒡苷平均加样回收率为99.56%,RSD为0.69%;结论:本方法精密度高,分离度好,可用于同时测定维C银翘片中绿原酸和牛蒡苷的含量。

ABSTRACT Objective： To establish the method for determining the contents of chlorogenic acid and arctiin in Vita- minC Yinqiao tablet ; Methods： Diamonsil - ODS C18 （5 μ 250× 4. 6mm） columu was adopted, the mobile phase consisted of aceto- nitrile - 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution eluted at the flow rate of 0. 8ml/min, the detection wave length were 327nm （0 - 25min） and 280nm （25 -50min） ; the column temperature was 25 ℃; Results： The chlorogenic acid in 0. 516 -4. 128μg and arctiin in 1. 980 - 15. 840ixg had good linearity. The average recoveries of chlorogenic acid and arctiin were 99. 02% （ RSD 0. 83% ） and 99. 56% （ RSD 0. 69% ）, respectively; Conclusion： This method can be use to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid and arctiin in Vita- minC Yinqiao tablet.
